The short version

• Your content is yours. You grant us only the license needed to store and display it as you direct.
• Splashtag informs — it does not replace judgment, a PFD, a leash, or local regulations. Conditions data can be wrong or stale; the water is your responsibility.
• Safety features are best-effort: they need battery, signal, and a working phone. Never make them your only plan.
• Be decent in community spaces: real ratings, honest reports, no scraping other paddlers' data.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel any time and keep everything you logged. Lifetime means the lifetime of the service.
• You must be 13 or older (16 in the EEA).
